Mike Morris, Principal

Prior to starting Kettle Hole Partners, Mike headed up Customer Acquisition and Retention at Grasshopper, The Entrepreneur’s Phone System.  At Grasshopper Mike tripled the customer acquisition rate and doubled revenue in 3 years by relentlessly optimizing existing sales channels and introducing new ones.  This growth led to Grasshopper's acquisition by Citrix for more than $170M.  Since starting Kettle Hole Partners Mike has worked with many companies at different stages and sizes.

After Grasshopper, Mike Co-founded and ran an omni-channel consumer product goods company focused in the health and wellness space.  He led the growth of the direct to consumer, Amazon and retail portions of the business and scaled the company organically and through acquisitions.

Prior to Grasshopper, Mike held roles in product management, enterprise level systems implementation and consulting and worked in a family business.  

Mike has an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University and BS in Nuclear Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute
